Resuming In-Person Worship

Beginning on Sunday, February 6th

Wednesday, January 19th, 2022

When we announced the temporary suspension of our in-person worship services due to a rise in COVID-19 cases in New York City, we promised to monitor the situation so that we might reopen as soon as it was safe to gather again. Thankfully, experts are suggesting that this recent wave in our city is in retreat, as cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are all on the decline. [1]

With this good news, we are currently planning to resume in-person worship on Sunday, February 6th. Masks and proof of vaccinations will be required so that we might gather as safely as possible, and all attendees will be asked to socially distance as much as possible.

Please be assured that the staff and leadership of our church will be constantly reviewing the latest data and news, and this decision is subject to change in the event that infections dramatically increase in the next two weeks.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please do not hesitate to email our church office at Our primary concern remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community here at Park Avenue.
